Having the video call meeting to check the details of sample and color before shipping.
We will ship the 2-3 sets of material sample boards to project team location for confirmation.
We will revised the material board till the satisfaction reached
4.Receiving
Select the sign type for prototyping
Emails to show the process pictures each week.
2-3 video conference to discuss the process and keep everything in the loop.
Project team can come to China factory to QC the prototyping
Prototyping shipping to clients, review with client together.
5.Fabrication & Assembly
Graphics & Printing: client to review the message schedule for each sign type and sign off for production.
Electrical & Lighting: for LED lighting modular and all digital products, we will send picture and order receipts to make sure the model is the right one.
Pre-cut measure, sending picture and bulk order of metal materials to make sure the material and thickness is correct.
6.Quality Assurance & Inspection
Illumination Testing: Verify brightness, uniformity, and color temperature of lighted signs.
Client Review: Submit photos/videos or arrange for client inspection at the factory.
7.Packaging & Logistics
Protective Packaging: Use foam, custom crates, and moisture barriers for sensitive components; include clear labels and installation guides.
Logistics Coordination: Arrange sea or air shipment with full documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, HS code, Saudi customs requirements).
